Ginger tea can be made of fresh or dried ginger root. It has a strong spicy taste. Some of you might not like the strong taste but you can easily manage this by modifying the quantity or the steeping time.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp finely chopped or grated fresh ginger. You can also use dried ginger but the fresh one is a better option.
- 200 ml water
- honey (optional)
- lemon (optional)
Preparation:
1. Pour the boiling water in a mug with the ginger and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
