Chocolate Refresh – A Tea Recipe To Refresh Your Day
Today’s tea recipe, Chocolate Refresh is a perfect tea for the moments when you want to give yourself a small treat. If you love chocolate(and who doesn’t?), you will also enjoy this tea.
Chocolate Refresh will lift you mood and, as the name says, you feel refreshed and ready to conquer your day after drinking it.
As I mentioned before in one of my posts, having certain herbal teas at home, ready to be prepared, is a great idea. This way, whenever you want to combine them in any way, your tea will be ready in few minutes.
I always liked the minty taste of a chocolate but I know there are people out there who are not really fond of the mint taste. In case you are one of them, don’t worry you don’t have to add the mint to this recipe. You are making it yourself out of the ingredients you already have, remember? So you can either just make it without mint or be creative and replace the mint with some other tingly ingredient – maybe ginger?
Chocolate Refresh Tea recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon mint tea
1 teaspoon jasmine flowers(or you can use the jasmine green tea)
1/2 teaspoon cocoa nibs
water
How to prepare
Step 1
Crush the cocoa nibs and put them directly in the tea-cup. You can chew them at the end, if you want to get all the nutrients out of this tea. Otherwise you can just put them in your strainer.
Step 2
Put all the other dry ingredients in a strainer. Make sure to mix them well before, to give a nice taste, full of flavour.
Step 3
Bring the water to a boil.
Step 4
Pour the water over the tea and let it steep for 2-3 minutes if you used the green tea, otherwise for 3-5 minutes. You can play around with the time depending on how you like the taste of it.
Step 5
Enjoy it like this or add some honey to it, to make the flavour pop and to give it a mild sweet taste

Cocoa nibs are a great natural way to flavour your tea. They will make the tea taste delicious and they will bring even more benefits to this tea. One of the benefits is that it can improve your mood, because everybody knows that chocolate brings happiness, no? Not only this but cocoa nibs are rich in magnesium which will help your muscles. they are rich in iron, and this helps prevent anemia. Last but not least, this superfood is jammed with antioxidants.
