How to prepare herbal infused hot chocolate
There are some easy steps for preparing the herbal infused hot chocolate:
Step 1:
Choose the herbs that you want to infuse. To help with this, you will find below some ideas of herbal blends.
Step 2:
Warm up the milk (usually I prefer almond milk) in a pan with the herbs and let them simmer for a few minutes depending on the type of herbs.

After the milk is infused you can strain it. Pour back the flavourful milk in the pan and add organic cacao powder (1-2 teaspoons per serving, depending on how “chocolaty” you want it to be). Let them mix well and your herbal infused hot chocolate is ready!
Step 4:
You can add honey to it for extra sweetness.
