Who am I?

I’m Gabriela and I’m a certified mindfulness practitioner and meditation teacher. Passionate about tea (lots of daily cups!), yoga, books and anything which can help me relax my mind and forget about stress and endless to-do lists.

I’ve started a movement to teach tea meditations because it’s such an easy way to practice mindfulness that I feel like everyone should know about it. It’s my way to contribute to the world of fighting stress.
