My name is Gabriela and I am an enthusiastic tea and yoga lover and mindfulness newbie. I created this blog to share my passions with you and to show how easy it is to bring mindfulness into your life with just a cup of tea.

My daily rituals include lots of tea cups. Knowing about the benefits of tea just makes me want to have more πŸ™‚ Every sip of tea helps me get back to the present moment, reminds to enjoy the small things in life and to appreciate all the goodness we receive from the nature.

We are surrounded by beauty and all we need to do is to open our eyes and be aware of it. Mindfulness can help slow down your thoughts and make room for peace and calm in your mind.Β It is sad when people don’t allow themselves some time to appreciate the sunset or just gaze at the sky.
